So so comfortable! No need to work it inThese are the best and most comfy pumps. Worth every hard earned penny to get these babies.
I wore them within half an hour of getting them. Super professional. Great for work and or any occasion really. Highly recommend!!!!!!!! Don’t listen to the other reviewers about size issues. I have always been a Canadian size 6.5 for the last 35 year or so and Cole Haan’s sizing is very common for what I wear. IF I wear socks for certain shoes like sneakers, I am a size 7. So any pumps or sandals (no socks required) 6,5 is perfecto.

Great quality and comfortableI love these shoes! I wear them to work, I am sitting down most of the time but sometimes I do tend to walk quite a bit, and these are very comfortable. I like the black sole that is on the front of the shoe, providing some grip and extra support. Something worth noting is that for me, they did run a bit big. I always have this problem with closed shoes (ballet flats, pumps, etc). I am a size 6, but for closed shoes, no matter what brand, I need a size 5 or else they slide off my heel because they’re too big. So maybe that’s just me, but it is worth nothing they ran a bit big on me even with size 5. I needed to buy pad inserts you stick on the back of the heel. This completely fixed my problem. At first with the pads, the shoes felt very tight and uncomfortable, but I gave the leather some time to get broken in and they are quite comfortable now. I can see these shoes lasting me a very long time, the leather and the construction seems solid. The heel itself is not too tall or too short for me. Very happy with these!

Broke on my third wear.This is the third time i’ve worn the shoes since i purchased them. They are comfortable, but i was walking and the heel broke.

Everyday work shoesI’m a size 6 in flats, decided to go half a size smaller in heels and these fit like a glove. I have another pair of Cole Haan (The Go-To Block Heel Pump) in size 6 and they keep slipping off my heels. These are super comfortable, way more comfortable than the block heels. The inside leather is buttery soft. I don’t wear pointy heels to work since they are not easy to walk, but definitely will walk in these everyday.

Not as picturedI haven’t decided if I’m going to keep these yet. These are not the black heels with a gold toe decal. These are solid black. While the seem fairly comfortable, I feel like they make a noise when I walk from my foot inside the shoe.
I’m mostly upset that I ordered the black shoe with a gold toe and I had solid black shipped – when solid black wasn’t even a color option.

The pump doesn’t have the gold tip anymore! Size runs large.So the official Cole Haan website doesn’t sell this pump with gold tips anymore, so I turned to Amazon because the picture and the description specifically said “gold tip”. Turn out it is not! Very disappointed. Also, I’ve tried the pump from Cole Haan before, feels like this pump’s leather doesn’t have good quality. Feels like the leather will worn out pretty soon. If this one is not on sale and you are not on the tight budget, I recommend buying directly from the official website!
I probably will return this because the quality is not good.

classy and comfortableI don’t usually wear high heels but I found these very wearable for a more formal work event. They could use just a tiny smidge more padding on the ball of the foot, but otherwise great and flattering.
