nice for the officeWe’ve gone “business casual” at the office. These go great with nice jeans, slacks or even a skirt. I’ve also worn these out on weekends too. Very versatile. I normally don’t wear yellow but this is a nice soft pastel color. Runs true to size.

Nice fit; Conservative; Has a tan/pink stripe as well.I’ve always liked the simple, elegant style of Adrianna Papell, so when I saw this white/black striped blouse on sale I grabbed it.
When it arrived however, I was a bit surprised to find that the blouse actually has a VERY noticeable third tannish-pink stripe, which gives the blouse a much more “mature” look than I was expecting or wanting.

The blouse itself fits true to size, and I didn’t experience any of the clinginess or sheerness that others have mentioned here.
It has a nice weight to it, but the fabric is still breezy and light enough to wear comfortably in warmer weather without overheating.
The blouse falls loosely below the waist and is long enough to tuck in if you’d like, but not so long that it looks sloppy if you leave it out. The sleeves are also loose and gathered just above the wrists, which adds a cute, feminine touch.
The neckline is high and gently rounded and gives off a very conservative feel that’s a bit more formal than my usual style. BUT, I’ve found that it does a great job of balancing out the look of faded jeans and boots.
So, even though this blouse doesn’t fit with my usual style, I’ve been very happy with it so far and plan to keep it.

Out of the bag is different from on the body!When I first opened the package, I was less than thrilled. First, the colors are not champagne/black/white. It’s more of a light pink/black/white. Good thing for me that my skin tone looks better with pink tones vs. yellow tones.
The fabric is a light polyester crepe. Perfect for year round. Light enough so you won’t overheat, but enough substance that a cardigan is unnecessary. If you have been *blessed* (ahem) with hot flashes, the fabric also airs out quickly too. 😉
The shirt is long enough that it can be tucked in the front and drapes beautifully. I appreciate the 3/4 sleeves for a modern length, but I’m not a fan of the elastic. It looks sloppy, so I’ve taken to hiking the end of the sleeve up my arm a bit so the elastic part is hidden within the drape of the rest of the sleeve.
The body of the shirt is flowy which is greatly appreciated to help disguise a midsection.
It looks great for business casual & I’m wearing it with black pants to my next dinner theatre.

Pretty pattern, clingy materialI like the pattern on this top. It’s a little more fun than just plain two-color stripe, but it’s still fairly conservative and appropriate for work. The raglan sleeve cut and keyhole back are cute details, too. I’m just not crazy about the fabric. It’s more stretchy and clingy than I’d anticipated.

The material is weirdI got this on try before you buy and I should’ve sent it back but I love the color, i just hate that’s it’s made of a stretchy clingy material that’s unflattering. Edit 11/2024: just threw this shirt away because the vibrancy of yellow faded. This bliss didn’t last one year in rotation.

More or less see-throughThe fabric and cut on this shirt are pretty, but I don’t know how I’m going to wear it out, because the fabric is actually translucent, and furthermore, it clings to your body like plastic wrap, so that every last feature is perfectly highlighted – and I do not consider this a good thing. I’ll have to wear a cami or a tank top underneath or something, otherwise I’ll feel super self-conscious the whole time. Not sure I’ve ever had clothing in this fabric. It’s cool to the touch, which is nice for summer, but boy, this shirt leaves nothing to the imagination.
EDIT: I actually cut off the tag and have been wearing the shirt backwards, and it looks way better somehow? So actually I like the shirt a lot better now that I realize that it’s basically reversible once the tag is removed.
