Love these boots! They are so comfortable!I love the Dansko brand! I have some of their shoes, so when my go to fall and winter fashion boots wore out, I decided to look at what Dansko had to offer. These are so comfortable and well made! The color in my pictures may look a bit different than what’s pictured in the listing for them on Amazon because I put a good coat of mink oil on them. I wear my ankle boots pretty much daily when the weather starts getting chilly, and I like the natural luster and water repelling properties mink oil gives smooth leather.

ComfortableThese fit well and are comfortable. But they do not have as much arch support as other Dansko. I agree with other reviews that they run slightly large.

Flexible, lightweight and comfortableI’ve been looking for years for a bootie that I could travel with. Light enough to put in my luggage, flexible enough to walk on cobblestones, comfortable enough to wear all day, but still classic enough to wear with black slacks on an evening out. They run a bit long but, with a comfortable sock, it leaves room to move. The leather is soft right out of the box. I normally wear an 8 and purchased a 38. After walking in them for a day I’m glad I didn’t size down. They dress up a jean and with a protectant can brave the rain. I may have to buy a second pair!

What's happened to Dansko's sole?About two thirds of my many shoes are Dansko. Dansko has always represented quality, fit, comfort and style for a reasonable price to me…until recently. The soles of the Larisa slip-on flats I purchased 2 years ago felt lumpy, for lack of a better word. Replacing the insoles helped a little. Recently I purchased the Dansko Louisa, and the Linley lightweight loafer. The soles on these 2 pairs of shoes, even after replacing the uncomfortable original insoles with my preferred insoles, are even more uncomfortable than the Larisa slip-on. Wearing them feels like walking on hard pebbles in very soft-soled shoes. After a couple hours my feet hurt so much I have to take them off. I kept hoping I’d get used to them because they fit well. To me, lack of comfort seems to imply a lack of quality. If the comfort and quality of your product is suffering then your prices are no longer reasonable. I wish I was comfortable continuing to buy, and recommend Dansko shoe wear to others.

So comfotable!True to size. I’m on my feet all day. These provide the comfort and support. Will not disappoint. Love the color black goes with everything. Make sure you put shoe protector on them.

Great all around bootLight weight and comfortable. Runs a little long in size for my feet, but fine works fine with bulky socks or extra insole. Since my feet swell with walking all day the fit is comfortable by afternoon when I can change out insoles/socks.

Beautiful shoe, runs smallI’m a long time fan of Dansko and have several pairs in different styles. Unfortunately the Louisa bootie was so small I could barely get my foot into it.
