Great travel pants

Got a couple pairs of these to backpack in Italy. Super happy with them. They’re comfortable, look great (no prob going out in these), durable, breathable, dry quickly, with a good stretch for hiking or sitting in a plane.

Super light in the backpack and take up very little space. Highly recommend.

True to Size (for me)

These are my go to Prana pants. There isn’t much to say about them, 5 pocket cut with a true fit. If you are looking for some “tech” pants without the extra pockets these are great. I prefer to wear these to the office over cargo pants or tech pants with extra pockets I never use. They hold up well to wear for several days if needed, don’t wrinkle too bad and clean easily. I own multiple pairs of these pants in several colors, the sizing is the most accurate across multiple pairs of pants than any other brand I have purchased.

Great fitting trousers

These fit really well and work very well both as hiking pants and casual wear. Excellent choice if you are packing light and want a pair that can be used for walking around the city during the day or into the mountains while being able to take it for a night out. The color is a bit not what I expected – I thought stormy night would be a dark blue or midnight blue – but it is more greyish blue – light grey and light blue. I like them nonetheless – just wished colors were more self explanatory as opposed to having to guess what someone means when they say “stormy night.”

Very comfortable pair of pants.

These are one of those really comfortable pairs of pants that you could wear with the T-shirt, but you could also get away with wearing them at work. I am seriously considering buying a pair of these in every color and getting rid of all my other pants.Sometimes you can get a better deal here than you can on Prana web site.

Prana Brion II a poor imitation of original Brion

I have purchased both the original and the Brion II. The Brion II pants are coming apart at the seams and threads are coming out of the fabric itself. My 4 Year old Brion pants are still looking good while the pants i purchased recently are falling apart. Dont buy the Brion II pants! They must have changed the materials and process and not for the better.

Brion Pants 2 don't wear well

The prAna Brion Pants 2 and have to say that they are fragile, do not breath well, ride strangely at the crotch and now have a really unsightly nap to them. I have treated the pants very gently – washed them in cold with quality detergent and they have never been placed in a dryer.

I thought that these would be my go-to pants for both work meetings and casual travel. Sadly, they now resemble cheap polyester pants your 5th grade teacher wore and are not presentable enough to wear anywhere except in the house. The prAna Brion Pants 2 are a huge departure from the quality that I was previous accustomed to from prAna and which initially convinced me to purchase these pants.

FIT!!!

These are the most comfortable pants I’ve ever owned. They look great, they’re light weight, and I love the flexibility. However…Fit is a problem. First the leg. The straight fit is too loose, almost like bell bottoms. The slim fit are too tight, like leggings from the knee down. How about something in the middle? Second, I’m a size 33 waist, but they only come in 32 or 34. Getting the taper fixed is $30. Getting the waste fixed is $35. That turns a $90.00 pair of pants into $155.00. Prohibitively expensive.
