Tight fitThey don’t carry wide sizes, so if you have a wide foot or feet swelling from being on your feet all day, this might not be the show for you.
I have not worn them to work yet, going to brave it tomorrow hopefully they will break in nice and form well.

Great for work!These are the “work sneakers” I was looking for! They fit perfectly and offer strong arch support. I always look forward to wearing them. I love being able to slip them on without bending over (rigid backs). For a slip on, they fit very securely especially for everyday work footwear, but I definitely would not wear them hiking or walking all day on uneven pavement situations. I did not know how I’d like the color and the brighter color pop in the heal, but it’s perfect. they disappear with jeans, matching the color and extending the look of my leg length and the color pop is fun. I have received compliments on them from other educators. One slight con: the synthetic inside made my foot sweat (unusual for me) so I must wear them with a sock. I use a thin Smartwool ped and it’s fine but I wear my other leather-soled Danskos barefoot all the time without any problem so that was disappointing.

Odd fit: too narrowLove Dansko shoes, but this one has an odd fit. I am normally a 38 and find other Dansko sneakers to be the most comfortable shoes ever. But this one feels too tight/narrow where the laces are (I personally think Dansko needs to lengthen the slip-on laces) and extending to the widest part of the foot. Conversely, it feels like my heel is slipping out, although I don’t have a narrow heel. I tried a size 39 to size up, per other reviewers, and it feels like the toe box then is too long. Just too much room between my big toe and end of shoe, which makes me worried about tripping with too much dead space at toe area. And it is a reinforced toe. Very firm. Think steel-tipped, but probably something else.
