   Hood placement is too awkward. Ugly!

   I’m surprised that no one has commented about the ugly hood yet. There is a reason why there are no pictures with the hood out. It’s just ugly. The way it’s placed, the hood is outside the collar so when it’s actually on your head, the inside collar turns into a crumply mess that’s impossible to straighten out. When the hood is hidden, it still looks ugly. The pocket is so big that it does not compress the material inside, causing it to bubble out. Even if you try to compress the hood, it still does that because the pocket is just too big. I’ve had more affordable rain jackets with better design than this.

   Furthermore, I think I got a customer returned one because the jacket was just all crumpled inside the bag. I don’t mind getting returned items as long as they’re unused. However, it really looked like a crumpled piece of paper. There’s not even an attempt to fold it up properly.

   Returning this for a better and more affordable one.

   Small sleeves

   This jacket is simply spectacular! I love the fabric, quality, style and silhouette! Everything was perfect with the exception of the sleeve width in the bicep💪 area. If you’ve got a muscular build, this will fit great everywhere with the exception of the upper arms. Ain’t no way to smuggle guns in this one Hon!

   Cute and versatile

   Love Cole Haan! I am familiar with the fit so M was perfect. Pretty iridescent beige with zip in hood. Light weight and a little fitted with pull cord at waist makes it feminine.

   Silver buttons, wanted gold!!!

   Overall rain coat is beautiful, I did research and knew it was not a true pink, it is a dusty pink color which I prefer, however buttons are silver not gold as shown, disappointed. Gold buttons would bright up the gray- pink. 5’4 99-100lbs, 00, 32DDD

   Update: looks as if they updated picture with silver buttons. Also shows inside, not comfy since its unlined.

   Okay

   Decent quality, but the color isn’t quite as intense in person because of the sheen of the fabric. Also, it runs slightly smaller than my other Cole Haan packable jacket in a similar style. I do appreciate the optimal hood though!

   Also of note, the fabric felt almost sticky when I got it so I washed it on a gentle cycle. Most of the sticky feeling is gone, but the fabric still almost feels like it’s coated in something. Not sure if this is normal or not, but my other Cole Haan jacket made of similar material doesn’t have this problem.

   Great jacket for petites!

   Daughter (teen) wore this through our summer vacation and loved having it! It is lined, so it kept her warm when temps dropped at night. It kept her dry in rain and the pockets were good for her phone, money, and AirPods.

   Great jacket

   I love the jacket. It’s perfect for San Diego weather. It runs a little small so I think I’ll have to get a bigger size. The quality is great and was well worth the money.

    Everyone knows that weEuropeans love a great windbreaker, and Cole Haan doesNOT disappoint with this offering in the tailored lite weight outerwear seasonal spring/summer/fall light jacket division.

    As I explained previously I already have the original longer mid thigh length NAVY packable windbreaker in a misses S/Small. Again, Please note:
    that the counterfeit items are being mislabeled as P/Petite/as in short.

    I also decided to try the shorter length one as well with the gold snap feature,
    Although I(JJ/aL) am a tall/Waif/FiveFeetSevenInches/5foot’7inandasmidge–I liked the longer one so much, that I decided to give the other style a try as well, and bought the short women’s hooded windbreaker(in black S/P) with the gold snap detail down the front.

    NOTE: YES, This lite windbreaker design is running true to size, so if you needed the Small Misses in this style the S/P/smallPetite will also fit similarly. Important to note however, that If you are fuller figured or Taller than FivefootSeven/5’7, you will need the Medium or larger- so if you normally wear a medium in ColeHaan windbreakers, get that size.

    Special notes: The jacket will run true to size If you are a female between fivefeetfour and fiveFeetSeven Inches. As a waif-I am standard tall at Five feetSeven in and a smidge-5ft’7in- So depending upon the length and inseams I can shimmy into a longer to thigh S/P/PetitesSmall jacket where I (JJ/aL) would normally buy a traditional misses-Small that can accommodate taller female heights. But based on the fit of the longer jacket I decided to see if the shorter one also runs true to size, and YES it does, so success!

    SoandBut FYI: NO despite The manicured shoulder tailoring this jacket isn’t designed to wear over a blazer or thicker garment-either, You would need more traditional outerwear for that.- –

    depending upon your height, the short jacket is designed to stop around just below the waist /around-either-mid-butt/or-justabove-the-butt, but please note, if your bra/strap size is 36-or-larger you will need the MediumP/M or larger size in this jacket.

    And similarly to the Bow tie Packable Ladies Windbreaker, the ColeHaan ladies Short Hooded Windbreaker, also doesNot disappoint! I bought this one in black to get more flexibility out of the shorter length! Although the give is probably going to be in the seaming under the armpit which is the difference uptop in a standard Small/S and a PetiteshorterSmallP/SP but this is NOT a full length jacket and if you have a standard full bust 34C/32D /Smallinabikini (so) you will love it as you should be able to wear it as designed over lightweight stretchy yogaTee’s type outfits or a buttondown shirt paired with a pencil skirt or slacks. But again, if you normally wear a missesMedium or larger size, get that size! And NO The shorter jacket isn’t designed to wear over a heavy sweater or other thick type top garment, but will look great over a button down shirt or stetchy YogaTee!— I even liked the look of it with the hood zipped in/as much as I liked it when I took the hood out ! and again Despite the failure to disclose label sizing (As fans of Cole Haan will note that on authentic marketing pages for CH-couture /historically-they make a point to always indicate for the consumer if the garment is available in standardMisses, or also shorter heights Petites) so despite this terrible error on the Amazon site, I really DO love it overall. And although this short jacket style is more specific type of outfit to wear with, I am still happy with the jacket, although the longer thigh topper packable windbreaker/rain jacket one is a jacket I would definitely rebuy!
