Very cute and flatteringFirst off, the fabric is soft and cozy. I really love the soft polka dot design on the mesh sleeves. It adds a touch of elegance without being over the top. The sleeves are lightweight and have a slight sheen, but they aren’t scratchy or uncomfortable, which was a concern I had before trying it on.
The fit is also quite flattering. It drapes nicely without clinging, which is always a plus for me. One thing to note is that the sweater is a little on the dressier side due to the sheer sleeves and knit texture, so I’d probably reserve it for semi-formal occasions or office wear.

Nicely designed for semi-formal occasionsThe knit material of this sweater has a slight sheen, is lightweight but not sheer, and drapes well. The sleeves are a soft and sheer material that isn’t itchy or tacky feeling, as synthetic Swiss dot fabric can sometimes be for me. In the black shade, this top works well as a goes-with-anything, modest and semi-formal piece that can be used for multiple scenarios from the office to dinner. Fits BIG Arms!I am plus sized with an hour-glass figure and a long torso. Shirts aren’t usually too hard to fit as I’m usually around an XL in ladies, sometimes an L and sometimes an XXL. Where I usually struggle is that garments are often too short, (long torso) or too tight in the arms. I almost always need stretchy arms because they aren’t proportional to the rest of me. I was hopeful this would fit them because they look large, but no stretch at all is a risk. This fit fine. Not tons of extra upper arm room, but not too tight either. It’s also incredibly flattering. If you have proportional sized arms, this will probably be a little billowy on you. I have broad shoulders too and am about 5’9. On my body type this actually looks sort of like I’m wearing a sweater vest with a blouse underneath. I found it to be a great length for my body too. It’s not tunic long, but there is no danger of lifting my arms and exposing my entire stomach either. It’s very pretty, well made, and quite soft. I had plenty of reservations on fit or even looking “too old” but I’m very happy I ordered it.

Description:
Lightweight knit fabric that is soft and not overly warm. I wore to my office in July and did not get overheated. The sleeves are sheer, but not airy so my arms did not get cold. The sheer fabric is also soft against my skin. The swiss dots add lovely detail to the style. The sleeves and bottom hem are cuffed. The arms are the right length for me and the bottom hem sits on my hips. I washed and dried on delicate and the sweater came out perfectly.

Great sweaterI got the Adrianna Papell Women’s Clip Dot Long Sleeve Sweater in Plum, X-Large. The XL fits true to size with a lovely, drapey fit.
This sweater can be machine washed and laid flat to dry.
This is a comfortable, lightweight sweater. Given the sleeves, I didn’t expect it to provide much warmth. It has a very elegant look and can be worn for work and evening if properly accessorized. The blousy swiss dot sleeves are so pretty.
I think this is a nice, affordable sweater.
